Fall is here! The air is crisp and shadows grow long. We love visiting local farm stands this time of year to enjoy the bounty of the season. On a recent trip we came upon these wonderful pears, bright green, crisp, fragrant, and juicy.
As delicious as they are on their own Mark couldn’t resist gilding the lily and created this wonderful pear tart made even better with Sea Salt Caramel Butter. He started with a flaky buttery crust, filled it with a sea salt caramel almond filling, and topped with vanilla scented poached pears. We can’t think of a better way to enjoy the season.
