We strongly believe that the Susquehanna Valley of Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Maryland produces the best dairy – for it has the great water of the Susquehanna River flowing through it. We find the philosophy of our farmers where family, community, a pledge to produce the finest dairy, and the ethical treatment of cows, is 100% in line with our values.
Of the 6,650 dairy farms in Pennsylvania, alone, the average herd size is around 80 cows. And, 99% of all dairy farms in the “Keystone State” are family owned. Pennsylvania has the second largest number of dairy farms in the nation.
