Radish with Parmesan Garlic Herb Butter Tea Sandwich
  1. Spread 4 slices of Pumpernickel bread with butter.
  2. Top each with radishes.
  3. Top each with a second slice of bread.
  4. Trim crust and cut each in half diagonally.
  5. Spread more butter on long side and press into parsley.
